Innovationsgutschein BW or Digitalbonus Bayern cover up to 50% of your setup fee. We check eligibility in the discovery call and walk you through the application.
What you should know about billing.
External license costs (e.g. Claude Pro, OpenAI API, n8n Cloud) and third-party software are paid by you directly. We recommend tools that match your needs — usually you'll land at €30–80/month in external licenses.
Setup packages: 50% on contract, 50% on acceptance. Care retainers: monthly SEPA direct debit. With funding: you pay the full invoice first, the grant is wired directly from the state to your business account.
For the setup packages, usually not — the 50/50 split already spreads the payment. For premium setups with funding, we can discuss a 3-installment plan on request.
No minimum. Care retainers cancel monthly to month-end. We don't want to lock you in — we want you to stay because it's worth it.
The setup package includes a 4-week stabilization phase after go-live — we keep iterating until it runs cleanly. After that, the care retainer (if booked) covers it, or it's billed by the hour.
